The long NFL offseason has finally come to a close, and the return of players to the facility this week means the start of Training Camp: football is just round the corner.

This year, it’s closer than usual for the Jets. They will be taking part in the exhibition ‘Hall of Fame game’, kicking off the preseason schedule in Canton, Ohio against the Cleveland Browns on August 3rd.

That game is followed by the usual three game preseason warm-ups, with contests against the Carolina Panthers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the annual final tune-up with cross-town rivals the New York Giants.

When are the Jets preseason games?

For fans in the UK, the games are as follows:

August 4th, 1am: at Browns [Hall of Fame Game]

August 12th, 9pm: at Panthers

August 20th, 12:30am: vs Buccaneers

August 26th, 11pm: at Giants

How can I follow the preseason in the UK?

All four games will be available to follow in a number of different ways:

Sky Sports

Sky will provide broadcast coverage of the Jets games against the Browns and Panthers on their dedicated NFL channel.

Alongside this, subscribers will have access to Hard Knocks this year, featuring the Jets as the designated team. With the Jets ‘Flight 23’ documentary series also returning, it looks set to be a bumper summer for insider content for fans.

NFL GamePass

Now living on DAZN, NFL GamePass will be back in 2023 as the most comprehensive way to keep up with every single Jets game. Existing subscribers should be able to set up their account on the streaming platform, whilst new subscribers can sign-up for full access to live games and other programming.

GamePass International provides all preseason games for free too, giving fans an additional way to watch the action, including the curtain raising Hall of Fame Game.

On the domestic New York Jets website, fans based in the UK will be able to watch a free live stream of our preseason encounters, with direct links added to our schedule page when available.


The primary radio broadcaster of the NFL here in the UK, talkSPORT will continue their partnership with the team in 2023, and are broadcasting the Browns and Buccaneers games live for fans looking to follow the Jets over the airwaves.

When does the regular season begin?

Following Training Camp and the preseason, the Jets get the regular season underway on Monday Night Football, with a home game against the Buffalo Bills on September 11th.

For fans in the UK, the game will be live on Sky Sports and talkSPORT radio in the early hours of Tuesday 12th - kickoff at 1:15am.
